HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO SHIP?

We process our items usually within a few hours of purchase on standard business days. Expect 2 day handling time plus shipping time. Usually our items ship with in 2 days and may in some cases take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. JUST GIVE IT SOME TIME, YOU WILL GET YOUR ITEM, OR MONEY BACK!

HOW DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Once we place your order at our fulfillment centers, there will be a few days required to process the order. Once the order is processed through our fulfillment center, we will be able to provide you with a USPS tracking number. You can email us at support@dashcamsavings.com and we will be able to provide you with your tracking number after the initial fulfillment period. 

I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE ITEM. I ONLY RECEIVED ONE OR PART OF THE PACKAGE. WHY IS THAT?

We currently have multiple fulfillment centers, so all of our products don't ship from the same place. If you receive part of your bundle, hang tight, the rest are on the way. 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE CONFIRMATION EMAIL... WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please make sure your email is correct before placing your order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER ADDRESS. CAN I?

You can change your order address buy placing it in the comment box before your purchase stating the address change. You have one hour to change your shipping address once the order has been placed.
